This Privacy Policy explains how SANLAN LABS (“SANLAN LABS”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operator of the IntSol platform, collects, uses, shares and protects personal information. SANLAN LABS is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and the IntSol platform. Our data is stored on servers located in India.

2. Information we collect
- Account & contact data — name, email, phone, company, and login credentials when you register or are added as a user.
- Customer & lead data you provide — when you (a business client) upload or capture leads/customers (e.g. via CSV/Excel, ad forms, website forms), we process that data on your behalf.
- Conversation data — messages exchanged through connected channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website chat) and the metadata needed to deliver them.
- Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics.

3. How we use information
- To provide, operate and improve the IntSol platform and our website.
- To deploy and run AI agents that reply to, qualify and book your customers.
- To send service communications, respond to enquiries and provide support.
- To process billing and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
We process personal data on the bases of performance of a contract, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Controller vs processor
For our own clients’ account and website data, SANLAN LABS acts as controller. For the end-customer/lead and conversation data that our business clients capture and manage through IntSol, SANLAN LABS acts as a processor on the client’s instructions; the client is the controller of that data.
6. Sharing & sub-processors
We share data only with service providers who help us run the platform, including: hosting/infrastructure (Hostinger), messaging APIs (Meta / WhatsApp Cloud API), AI model providers (e.g. OpenAI), calendar/storage providers (Google), and payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe). We do not sell personal data.
7. International transfers
Some sub-processors may process data outside India. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards permitted by applicable law.
8. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Clients may request deletion of their data as described below.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, export (data portability) or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email hello@sanlanlabs.com. We can export all data associated with a client account as JSON/CSV, and can hard-delete a client’s data on written request.
10. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, hashed credentials, encrypted storage of sensitive secrets, and tenant isolation to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
11. Children
The platform is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date.
