Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IntSol platform and the sanlanlabs.com website, operated by SANLAN LABS (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

IntSol provides AI agents and automation across messaging channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website) plus dashboards for leads, bookings, conversations, tasks and analytics. Features and plans may change over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, harmful, infringing or abusive use.
  • Comply with the policies of connected platforms (e.g. WhatsApp/Meta), including messaging and opt-in rules.
  • Do not send unsolicited messages to people who have not consented, and honour opt-outs.
  • No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.

4. Your data & customers

You retain ownership of the data and customer/lead information you upload or capture. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process that data and for obtaining any required consents from your customers. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Fees & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance via our payment processors (Razorpay/Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice.

6. Third-party services

The service integrates with third parties (Meta/WhatsApp, OpenAI, Google, payment providers). Your use of those is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SANLAN LABS disclaims all implied warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, you may request export or deletion of your data.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
